If you do not like with one of your prodcuts, you must send us an email at sales@hamsayogashop.com within 15 days from date of purchase. We are unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside United States under any circumstances.

Please note that if the return is on account of defective items, we will issue 100% refund. Otherwise 20% restocking fee will apply. We are NOT able to refund the shipping cost in any condition.

Once we receive the merchandise back from you, you will receive an email confirming the same. If a refund is due, we will issue credit to you. Otherwise, we will immediately send out the exchange item.
